How to Raise Your Frequency

For raising consciousness on Earth, it's important that we come from a place of high frequency. This is our natural state of being if we rid of all limiting programs and beliefs. When we are in states of high frequency and vibration we are in total energetic alignment with our soul and the universe itself.

Mind

  • Meditate for a clearer mind.
  • Use positive affirmations to raise frequency and re-program your mind.
  • Observe low frequency thoughts and self-limiting programs for what they are.
  • Do not be attached to low intent thoughts, allow and observe them for what they are. Replace with new thoughts of the highest intent.
  • Notice when up in thoughts, up in the mind, bring your awareness back to the senses, back to the now.

Feeling

  • Use your feelings as your guide.
  • Come from a place of joy, love and gratitude in all that you do. Smile!
  • Use visualisation and feeling together to boost your vibration. For example visualise hugging your favourite animal and feeling the love, being in a field of flowers and feeling the joy.

Action

  • Listen to your favourite uplifting music. Have a dance!
  • Go for a brisk walk, run or play a sport. Movement moves stuck energy.
  • Take an epsom salt bath to detox and replenish.
  • Say NO to things that drain you energetically or simply walk away from them. You are in control of your life.
  • Breath deeply, connect with the now.
  • Go for a swim in the ocean, lap up those negative ions and the energy clearing salt.
  • Make a list of all your interests and passions and start doing them.
  • Make a list of all the things you are grateful for. Say affirmations of gratitude daily.
  • Don't be afraid to connect and talk with strangers. We are one!
  • Try, experience and do new things. Be dynamic.

Environment

  • Create a high frequency living environment using plants, crystals, salt lamps, vibrant colours, high freq artwork, lots of light, uplifting ornaments.
  • Be in nature as much as you can. Don't forget to stop and connect. Take your shoes off, connect with the Earth.
  • Surround yourself with high frequency people and pets. Let go and move on from those who bring you down, those who carry low vibration and intent.
  • Avoid tuning into low frequency fear based news, media, video games, movies and tv shows that drains your energy and lowers vibration.
  • Use natural essential oils in a diffuser, on a hanky or tissue to elevate vibration. 
  • De clutter your living space and life.

Food

  • Drink plenty of spring water or filtered water (with no fluoride).
  • Eat loads of high frequency raw fruits, vegetables and nuts.
  • Buy organic when possible or start growing your own.
  • Avoid processed sugar and chemical additives.
  • Eat natural, avoid heavily processed foods.
  • Research methods to detox the body.
